Tracker

Postby MillerGT 41638 » Thu Mar 11, 2010 12:08 pm

So I've been thinking about buying a Tracker. Never thrown this disc so can anyone give me some insight? Does it fly like any Innova plastic?

The tracker falls between a TB and a TL stability-wise...in my opinion. And depending upon the dome of it, you can even get some that are like a Firebird or Predator. I have a flat top one that is kind of straight with a slight bit of turn to it and I have one that is domey and is pure beef...for a tracker.

I have a max weight Star Eagle that is my go to driver and a max weight ESP Predator that is becoming a strong forehand disc in my bag. Should I even waste my time with a Tracker?

For sure. I've been throwing the stalker which I hear is similar. It's between leopard and TL. Gotta have the flip ride/straight disc in the bag.
If it kills, I got news, it ain't a side effect

Tracker is more overstable. The 2005 Players Cup Z Trackers are probably the best. I had some others I got from MDR that he won at Am Nats...its in VICTORY! 's lagoon.

I had a 172 dyed ESP that flew like a Firebird..its in West Lake.

Almost every water hole at West Lake is a Right Hyzer ......... Must not have flown too much like a Firebird   8)

I have a XXX and a Monster sittin in good ole West Lake. Has anyone thrown a XXX? The tracker sort of sounds similar to the XXX.

In my opinion, a normal tracker is not simlar to a XXX. The Tracker is similar to a Teebird, where as the XXX is closer to a firebird.

From what have I gathered I would most likely receive a Tracker somewhere between a TB or TL and a Firebird which is kind of what I want. I'm just trying to fill the spot in my bag between the Eagle and XXX/Predator as far as stability and similar speed go.

If that is the spot you are looking to fill...get yourself a Z or ESP Avenger.

Would an Avenger be close to a Flash or Crush? My ESP Crush is a little flippy because it's pretty beat in and my ESP Flash is sort of replacing the Crush. Then my bag steps all the may down to an Eagle and Teebird is why I'm looking for something between. (The Predator and XXX are FH discs in my bag).

Avenger is stable....less overstable than a Predator...more stable than a tracker
