I'd be down depending on the time and date.
I could sure use a few new discs...

I may not have lady luck square on my shoulders when Disc Frolfing.
But I've got her on a short leash when it comes to cards.

Sorry fellas, I don’t mean to come off as a Pompous ass .......

The truth is, I've never used the term Frolf, and when I do here it referenced it’s usually frowned upon by 99% of the disc golf community. Most people that come up to me and ask about "Frolfing" are my relatives and co-workers that have only played it a few times and think they are being clever or "in" by using the term; they probably picked it up from Seinfeld or the Office. The fact of the matter is it’s almost become a derogatory term in the sport.

With this said the only place I've heard it used on a regular basis is in good ol' Ames Iowa. It must be something in the water that makes the term accepted there, so be it. Like you said you guys do and act as you want, cool with me; however, don’t be surprised if you get a few weird looks form others, not just pompous ass' like myself, when you use the term outside of Central Iowa and at larger events.

Carry On ........

Instead of being elitest about terminology of the game lets have a history lesson. From my understanding Whamo had the trademark (or copyright) to the term Frisbee. If Whamo had the rights to the term "disc" we very well might be playing for the PFGA and not the PDGA.

The discus throw is an event in track and field competition, in which an athlete throws a heavy disc — called a discus — in an attempt to mark a farther distance than his or her competitors. It is an ancient sport, as evidenced by the 5th century BC Myron statue, Discobolus. Although not part of the modern pentathlon, it was one of the events of the ancient pentathlon, which can be dated at least back to 708 BC.[1]

I believe this was first. It was a weapon before it was a use in a sport. J/S.

Well I'll try to set something up (poker wise) for this next week. Does anyone have poker chips? My chips are back at my parents' place and I may not get back there this weekend.

Giving bad beats are not the mark of a good poker player.
