squeeze the disc a bit more...

And try throwing your whole bag on a few holes or out in a field...you should get that feeling of a good shot back quicker with a lot of repetitive motion...and don't forget to snap and accelerate through the shot...don't try to throw it light...that may be part of the problem as well...if you have to take speed off of a shot perhaps you should try clubbing down...
I want to get a vending machine with fun sized candy bars...and the glass in front is a magnifying glass. You'll be mad, but it will be too late.

are you throwing backhand or forehand? If backhand, how many fingers do you use to grip the underside of the disc?

He does throw around 500, just doesn't play many tournaments. Dakota's a good kid, get off his ass.

If you are moving too fast across the pad, it might be hard for your arm to "catch" up with your body, thus causing to release early. dunno if that's your issue, but if it is, slow down on the approach.

I agree with rapp. sometimes when I struggle with timing and distance of the tee, 99% of the time my feet are moving to fast.
