DAMN:

Heard about Albert Pujols on Mike & Mike this AM... In 9 bases loaded situations, he's 7 of 9, with 5 Grand Slams, and two strike-outs... 24 RBI's in those 7 bats as well. Hitting .778 in these situations.

So he's 2.5 times as likely to hit a grand slam as he is to strike out? Note to pitchers: Commit Hari Cari on the mound before facing Pujols w/ the bases loaded... There will be more honor in your death than your dismantling!

Best hitter in the game and on his way to best of all time. Tough guy not to like... that is of course if you aren't a chucking idiot.

its not too tough to not like him being a cubs fan. i do admire what he does on the field, just wish he was wearing different colors while doing it.... like white with blue pinstripes 8) 8)

i have a feeling people are not gonna let albert them anymore. he shouldnt need to bring a bat to the plate with him. ball 4. take your base, ill take my chances with whoever is behind him. sure matt holliday is good but can anyone truly protect pujols? not really. walk him. 4 straight wide ones.

Rasmus with a 2 run walk off homer last night to give the cards a five game lead in the central.

Ya i read that they might throw him in as a 5th starter for awhile and then move him to the setup man. Bare minimum its nice to have a hall of famer in the pen.

He actually pitched alright, just gave up a few too many 66 mph meat balls.
