What does the Zone do that a Wizard doesn't? More glide?

So I think the answer is: more overstable than a wizard, and beadless.

I personally prefer the feel of a bead on the rim with my pointer for putting. Drive & approach doesn't matter.

Honestly I think the Zone is a whole new category. I didn't know I would use it either until I started throwing it. The Zone is AWESOME! I hate adding molds to my bag so I replaced my drone with it. A little different but I use it for the same shots and now have a few new shots. Highly recommended but it is an acquired taste.

As far as flight goes they are almost the same to me, but I get a tad more D out of my Gator. The feel of the Zone in the hand is slightly different than the Gator as the Zone dips in at the wing with a pronounced dome in the middle; think Demon, but far less severe (not even close to the demon, but one of the only discs I could think of that has this characteristic). There is no texture under the rim. I will not be replacing my Gator with the Zone, as I love my Gator. I will carry the zone from time to time as I have found some specialty uses for it on certain courses/situations.

Never show up to Osky without it! Unless, of course, you're gonna keep throwing the hyzer route on hole 2 with it.
