Basket #4

Basket #4

FYI: They just had me pull it for phase 2 of the creek re-construction. Heavy equipment are being unloaded as I type so it looks like we will be playing a 11 or 16 hole corse for a while. this should not take as long as phase 1 though.......... But dont hold me to that......... and instead of having me pull the bridge (as I was told earlier), now the workers are going to do it, so I wouldn't hold my breath on it being usable when everything is done and over, we will see. But I have already told them that the 1st bride was a freebee, not the 2nd.

Is there anything that needs done - say, like calling the city & asking that they put in a larger pipe on this section?

this isn't effecting basket 8? I was kind of hoping it would...

During construction we could play 4 tee to 5 basket for a long hole...

That was fast - They're working right now and have the trees torn out all the way to the bridge

No on basket #8. This stage will just make it past the bridge. They said something about 150 feet for this stage.

As far as calling city hall, Ha Ha, do you truly believe that that will do anything. They have three 36 inch pipes coming into the creek and they put a 12 or 15 inch pipe to handle the flow. See, they have it all figured out.......

I think they're done  They pulled the bridge and all the trees are gone to just past where the bridge was. At this rate they'll have the pipe laid and the place smoothed and seeded by the end of the week.

Played the course on Sunday. The area around #4 basked looked great. Somehow the creek does not seem so intimidating anymore.
