I talked w/ D.U. today, and they say they have Latitude discs. I'm going to try to get one driver in the shop, and will re-evaluate later...

The Riot has now reached the US. It can be picked up at Discovering the World starting today.

They say it's highly anticipated, that might be true since it's been very popular in Europe since it was released here a few weeks ago.

I like the looks of your disc's and I throw the SPIKE grip, it is the straightest flying putt approach model on the market that I've thrown. That disc can handle very high speeds with out flipping over (350'to400'+). I tee with it & approach but not putt, it just seems like a mid too me with great speed and stability with floating characteristics of a frisbee. The grip spots on the top don't do much for me,I think they are slicker than the smooth surface so I don't use them ( maybe if it was wet out ?). I really was confused by that name on that style of a disc, it would suggest a spike hyzer sharp nose overstable type driver & when I was working @ QuestAT I really wanted to use that name but you beat us to the punch. Your plastic looks great and I have heard good feedback on this side of the pond. Hope to visit your side some day & play! KVN LaVely cedar chip IA USA

The striker is pretty similar to a Teebird, maybe a touch less stable and maybe a touch faster.

if you want to try some lattitude come up to ames personally I like the triple X very predictable. WAK PAK has a full line of lattitude product. We have a different method of getting these discs on hand we sell most of them around the 15 dollar range. They will be at last call here in Ames on Nov 15th. Oryou can always come up to league and win them with a five dollar entry.

Picked up a L64 River recently and man does that thing glide!

Opto plastic is the sweetest champ type plastic on earth right now.

I would compare the River to something like a Leopard or JLS but with a ton more glide and a good bit more distance potential from that glide. Not super stable, holds a good hyzer when thrown well, but it really shines on big floating hyzer flips.

Flow isn't released until later this week, so I would guess no.

How about the river?
