CLEANUP

CLEANUP

Postby Abe Froman » Mon Mar 16, 2009 9:53 pm

Not like this is a new problem but if you are out on the course please try and bring a bag to collect all the garbage and cans that are scattered over the course. I've cleaned up so much crap over the last month and it would help if we all did our part. The parks dept did place a couple cans out there but the chuckers didn't seem 2 notice.it will never stop but we can help it from getting horrible.

You're a good man. It's a thankless task, but it does make a difference.

Having a clean up day Friday the 3rd. Please help if you got the time. It shouldn't take more than an hour and I will have trash bags.

I can make it out there if it is in the morning. I get ready for work at 1:30 P.M. so any time before this I could help clean things up!

Who's going to dump them? The city seems to forget. They might do a somewhat half assed job at Jones but Shaver never gets any attention. We disc golfers have our share of responsibility but this city has done nothing to help. They support the other park facilities but not Disc Golf.

I trimmed the ninja branches off the ugly tree on hole #8. Looks way better with little signifigant changes.

You can go out at any time but I will be there from 12-2 and then 3-5. Gotta mark tee's and ob's on the temp side.
