I'll likely compete the next few weeks. Let's look at our list and see what we can do on our own time respectively.

I can't do Sunday at all. I could be out there at 7 if there are others who would join Greg & I. I still have to send out the e-mail...

We’re planning a work day tomorrow morning, Saturday 10/18. A couple/few of us will be out there at 7:00 to begin, but please join us whenever you get a chance even if it’s just for an hour. Others will be joining us around 8:00. I plan to be done by 11:00. When a chainsaw shows up, we’ll start working on hole 8. Until then we’ll get started moving what’s already been cut up on 8 and moving what the flood left on hole 12.

What to bring: FRIENDS, work gloves, long pants (the weather will likely necessitate that too), chainsaws, shovels, and wheelbarrows.

Thanks in advance for all your hard work out there!

OK see you there at 7.

BTW, Stibal if you are reading this, come and pick up your Roc that I found on West Lake #13.

EDIT: Kevin I left your Roc with Kelly and Brent.

There were 4 of us out at the course and we did get a lot accomplished. Thanks to Greg, Brent & Kelly for helping out today!

Most notably, check out #8 from the red tee the next time you're out. We widened the left side by a few feet and removed the top of the oak tree that fell into the fairway. I think everyone will enjoy the drive more now.

What's left you ask? Much movement of sand and mowing. Holes 11-12 would be playable if they were mowed. We cleared 12 off pretty well today, but still have a couple larger things that the river left there for us. Hole 13 we need to remove the sand that's on the tees and move the sand that's around the long pin placement. Hole 14 needs some sand moved by the blue tee and a willow removed to make a gap for the fairway again (btw - the beaver was busy out there again). Holes 15 & 16 we haven't seen much of yet - maybe next time.

Park Ranger Jeffery brought a crew of 5 guys out to Sugar Bottom yesterday. Mark and I met them out there, and we burned the piles on #4,14,15. We also cut out more autumn olive and burned that as well.

Getting the piles burn on #4 was a HUGE TASK COMPLETED!!!!!!!!!!!
