How do I get more stank on my throws? MDR_3000 says I have some, but I want more. I want to whip my arm so hard that Mark Prior cries when I throw.

Better timing yields better pop, or stank, if you will.

Footwork is key. Strong core, shoulders and grip also help.

keeping your arm really tight to your body as you reach back and pull thru. Release of the disc is key, it should rip out of your hand, you shouldnt be "letting it go." Here is a video in which Ken Climo teaches a different style of grip that adds a lot of torque and or stank to your throw, these tutorials are really good!
