I don't think it would be fair to change the day of league and force people to get subs who can't show up.

we could call the league over and announce when the singles tournament will be.

Im in favor of that. I am available on Thursday though, but I can see where Mike is coming from.

I don't think it's really a question of fair. I just think it's a major inconvenience.

Also, we all knew this was how it would be. Remember that slip of paper we all got at the beginning?

I'd still classify it as unfair.

John Resch, although on vacation, is still hard at work for disc golf.

I spoke to him today and the official word is monday was our last week. The official champions of the 2nd session are Chase and Tracy.
2nd place: Fatboss and Dan
3rd place: Dustin A and Kathy
4th place: Mike H and Ron
5th place: tie between Dustin O and Ryan
Mike F and Rick

payouts will take place during the singles tournament.

possible dates for the singles tournament are September 13th or 14th.

If there are any conflicts, please let us know. We are looking for a date where most, if not all, will have a chance to attend.

We will be holding the league's year end tournament this Saturday, the 20th, beginning at 9am at Middle Park.

We'll play one round there, and after lunch, one round at Devils Glen.

We have $200 to pay out for this tournament, and will also pay out the winners from the second half of the season.

All handicaps will be used for both rounds.

Questions? Call Dan 309-796-2361, or John 563-676-6686.

Thanks, hope to see you there.

I'd say we should be done by 5, or so, providing we start on time (9:30).
