I am glad to see that my home town fianlly has got into the disc golf adventure. Now this gives me an excuse to go back to my old hang out and do something that is not against the law. I know that park all to well and some of those hills are killers when I used to run cross country there, so I can not wait to go back and play in this park once again.
Just wanted to pass on some info about the course. The city guys have been hard at work doing the much needed trimming! The course will play much better now. The bench near #3's long pin position is scheduled to come out very soon, as well as the city is working on a bridge to span the creek between #4 and #5 today to eliminate the backtracking! The tee signs are in the works and should be on the course hopefully in a couple weeks. The city is also putting together directional signs as well as a course map sign.
