Is this course open if you come in from the backside from Hwy. 1?

Yes and no. You can get there taking Prairie Du Chien but the course parking lot is blocked off. I assume it is to prevent people from parking and walking down to the flood but the course isn't flooded.

Thats exactly why its closed. I was playing out there on Saturday and the park ranger came and kicked us off the course because they were going to close it. They said it was because people were using the course to get close to the dam and stuff and that the people actually playing disc didnt pose a problem at all.

I went out today and the Corps lady told me that if I was on the course, they would give me a ticket  I decided I could just play in CR tomorrow without any cost or any DAM interference!

Turkey Creek is closed for disc golf until further notice.

Army Corp is pulling all baskets today. Course will be closed for at least another week.

Same goes for Sugar Bottom.

Army Corp is going to start writing tickets at TC today.

$250 fine

So are they going to put the baskets in the same locations as they were pre-flood, or do something drastic by putting them in different locations gasp

TC is indeed open and running. Was up in Iowa City this past weekend and drove up there, played it, and loved it!
