That's a really cool course but holy sh*t, it's pretty tough.

When the best score posted so far is a 54... I'd believe it! Definitely looking forward to playing this course. I need to just commit to Frogs' Shawn Geers Memorial event.

The 54's were before another 6 holes or so were put into the longer positions.
That would be an exceptional round now.

We'll leave it long until we camp on the 24th - 27th weekend and then we'll move at least half short for 2 weeks. After the tourney weekend we'll have em mixed a lot. You never know what combo you might get. :?: I'll try to post a list of where they are if I mix it up totally, so just check here or the board by hole 1.

The gate is open!! :D The storm made some work for us but not too bad. The bridge on 8 washed about 30 feet down the gully. We'll try to move it back but need a better span we can anchor down later. There's some chainsaw work to do on 6 but we made it playable. The wind also uprooted a huge tree to the right of 9 but it fell to the right so we got lucky there.

? just some ideas i guess. 8 and 17 are my fav's. u guys should just mix up the placements for the tourney, maybe not put 6 in the long. that is one hell of a long and tough placement

#6 may be a little more user friendly after yesterday.
You be the judge.

We were thinking for the tourney to have #5-#6-#7-#9-#11-#13-#17 in the B positions for the first round with the rest in A using all the A pads.
Then the second round would consist of all that were A changed to B with all the C placements being used. #5, #7 & #9 would stay in the B placements with the B pads being used on the second round.
So, the first round would not be the easiest layout but the second round would be in the toughest.
#8 may stay in the A position if we use the 8B pad.

Now that I've confused everyone  , any questions/opinions?
