Postby Crager » Wed Apr 02, 2008 12:28 pm

The gate was unlocked this morning, the road is in good shape try to stay off the grass so we dont get ruts everywere .
Please respect park property.
There are now garbage cans on the whole course Please use them it does'nt take much to carry your empty cans an extra hole or two .

Just found out the gate was not opened by John, somebody hooked a log chain to it and broke it open. I will check in the morning if it is still open or not.
Steve , can you try to get a hold of John to see if they are going to keep it open ?

They fixed the gate, some drunk kid decided to drive all over the front, ruined that and then put a chain up the fence ripped that out and drove off. I was camping and we couldn't get the plates...

I'll call him today. Is it locked back up? If not i'd say he's not going to relock it.

Just to clear any confusion, "all over the front" is not the front nine but the front grassy area to the left before the gate.
The course is fine.

It think it happened Tuesday night, and was fixed sometime Wednesday.
You played with Chick-Fry?
Did you happen to notice that #6 fareway was a little wider, especially down the left side from the tee?
Steve and I opened up the route towards the A pin.
It can be used for a slight anhyzer route to the long placements too.
He took a few more out down the fareway but didn't see which ones at the time; I think down by the B pin going toward the C pin.
Hope your happy now :D

I noticed and pointed that out to her last night. I am starting to figure out that hole is Buzzz or XL off the tee then Buzzz again for the 2nd shot. I was throwing high speed drivers but the skip left was killing me and putting me in tough areas. You definately need to be in the fairway on that hole. I will also pass on that Angela said she really liked the course and said it doesn't feel like an Iowa course. So more positive feedback from one of the best females in the country.

Kind of curious when 14 going in the LONG SPOT? Can't wait to play that. I also noticed 18 got moved, nice. Talk about a challenging shot. Straight is great.

I'm not sure if Angie remembers but she's been there before. When we first started to set up back there. I'm not sure if she got to play any though. We plan to do some work on 11, 14 and a couple other holes this weekend and then we'll put 11 and 14 long.

I started to notice that on 18 if you throw a big hyzer (monster or wraith) you'll come out pretty good left side is hell and the middle is tight

She said that but it was when you guys camped and played a temp course. I think she said she didn't play then , just hung out.
