I don't think anyone will try cleaning off the tees at Wildcat but if you do please don't use anything to chop the ice. The blocks will crack pretty easy. We'll be out there Thursday to play but we won't be shoveling. Thanks.
The pads are mostly ice free for any one that dares to take on the course. There are a few that are still covered though. But they are all shoveled. A little salt tomorrow should melt the rest. I hope i'm recovered from shoveling so I can throw tomorrow.
Tim Peyton and I shoveled the front 12 "A" teepads yesterday , will try to get the back 9 done this afternoon. The snow is about 12-14 inches deep .
It is too deep to plow the fairways with the ATV, we walked in single file as we played so there is not tracks scattered everywhere.
Just a reminder; 2nd Deer Season starts Saturday, if you go out wear your orange, I really doubt there will be any hunters in the park though.
The pads are snow/ice free.
Saw some interesting shots yesterday with the ice layer on top of the snow.
Lets just say it took a while for discs to come to rest with some ending up far from where they landed.
