Stolen basket

Stolen basket

Postby AO » Wed Dec 19, 2007 6:45 pm

Just spoke with Frog and he said #14 basket is stolen. With the left over money from the fundraiser last year we should be able to buy another basket.

never know. The same could've been said as recently as 5 years ago in the QC. Times have changed.

I think the logic follows... Park first, Club second. It's worth a shot, right?

Or we could hunt the thief down and apply the proper punishment. That would be the last basket or anything else they would steal.

Possible. They have backed over it before so maybe they ran it over. With the ground frozen and the baskets being non movable it's hard to imagine someone pulling it out of the ground.

I don't think it will find its way home. I know the city won't buy one so from our vast and endless league fund we will probably have to get one. It would be nice if we could find someone with a welder to fix the rest of the baskets so we don't start a loan program.

I can do it but need a generator that is easy to get to the baskets.
