You gotta be kidding me. Gumbys, by far is the worst pizza in this town. Its disgusting and is known by everyone as the worst pizza. Ive heard numerous horror stories that will make you sick. Check out Sam's, The Airliner, or Bob's Your Uncle instead.

Gumbys is on virtually every college campus in the midwest and beyond, so everyone doesnt have to name their college town...

I miss Harris pizza.

The Scooby Snacks from Northern Lights Pizza here in Des Moines are pretty good.

If you're in Rockford...stick with Uncle Nick's (best Gyros ever made!). But, if you're in the mood for pizza, take a 20 minute drive to Pecatonica...and eat Cimino's Pizza (the original, not the often imitated around Rockford).

I agree, KC.. Uncle Nicks does have the best Gyros.. Never tried Cimino's Pizza though..

Jess, please do me three big favors, then:

1. Next time you drag Chase's mangly ass to Rockford, take a short trip to Pecatonica, and indulge yourselves in the finest pie on earth, its WELL worth the trip!!!

2. Then, of course, record Chase's admittance that Harris is greasy cardboard compared to it, and, is actually quite awful after enjoying what pizza SHOULD be like.

3. THEN...tell everyone in the QC that Harris pizza is nothing more than a blase', run of the mill, home-town, fetish...just like Whitey's...that does NOTHING except appeal to people who grew up with the stuff. Just cuz it's "made in the QC" doesn't mean it SHOULD be.

Hell, give me Hungry Howie's over that nonsense, at least their crust has something different than the rest of the junk around here...and I don't have to pay $20 to have it delivered, be dissapointed, and then relive the horror in the bathroom a couple hours later!

So, do ya'll putt with pizza, too? I suppose it would have to be uncut.

And furthermore, does the cheese and toppings fly off outside of 20 feet?

What about a lighter pizza? Or, do you prefer max weight?
