We could eliminate the 11 tee and make 10-11 one hole.

and make 13 play to the right side of the hill and utilize the absolutely gorgeous natural fairway on that side for a good par 5. then Tee off from the top of the hill down by the bushes behind the current 14 long pin.

oooh ooooh, and screw the old idea of Front 9, Back 9.

We need to have A-9, B-9, and C-9. Utilize the other side of the road for the C setup, 3 *good* (when available) pin positions per hole. Then we use a mixture of each 9 in red, white, or blue setup.

Damn I love brainstorming

But seriously, what the hell are you talking about? I don't have my elevation data with me, but this is the best I can make out:

More importantly, what is all that gorgeous land directly west of 11, 12, and 13?

If you dingleberries wouldn't spend so much money on tounament punks, you could walk into the DSM Parks, plunk down a few grand, and they would readily give you land like that.

Now, about the cuffs and whips on the wall. Pretty funny juxtaposed with the world map.
