Teepad vandalism

Postby The Donator » Sat Apr 21, 2007 1:15 pm

Others probably already know this, but the long and short pads for #11 and #18 have been spraypainted over with random weird phrases ("free your mind and your ass will follow) and a "Bomb-omb" from the Mario series. Cant say ive ever been to a course where the pads have been tagged, and its sad that a course as new as this one has already been exposed to this. Im guessing there is no way to even slightly remove this stuff?

You could try pouring some sand on the affected areas and scuffing the hell out of it. Might lighten it up some.

gasoline will take it off, I was kind of an asshole when I was a kid, and someone told me in my parents drive way. My dad got it off with gas.

The problem with using any chemical or gasoline is that the area is a water shed and any run-off would be considered dangerous to the City's water. The sand idea isn't bad.

They also spray painted a mouse onto the tree by the short pin on hole 13. Really good artwork, just wish they would do it elsewhere.
