Hopefully things will fall into place this week and I can make my first WB Open.

As AO said, the course is in really great shape right now. Come on out this Saturday and enjoy all the work we've put into the course this year. We'll have a roaster full of soup/stew and I'll be making a couple roasters full of chili at no charge while supplies last. As always, course improvement donations are welcome for the food! B.Y.O.C. (I'll have crackers but bring your own cheese if you want some. don't know why you would ruin good chili with cheese though :P )

Looking forward to seeing you all there!

Temperature control...if you wait around too long for it to cool off, you might not get a third bowl. That third one really makes the afternoon round an adventure!

No you're good Kelly, I'll just bring cheese. So the temp will be under my control, but after that, who knows.

Not sure who is planning on camping but I just got a text from Crager saying the park is filling up fast with only a couple sites maybe open....maybe. I'm not sure on the possibility of saving any sites for anyone, just a heads up. If you planned on camping and there are no sites left, the crew will see what can be done to accommodate you. There is a hotel on the outskirts of Urbana along the interstate if anyone is interested. I can try to find a phone number, let me know. We did not set any discounts up with them however.
