This is a shot in the dark but did anyone happen to find a green LE FLX Crystal Challenger on the hill behind #4 at Shaver? I lost it last Saturday. It is unmarked but it would be awesome to get it back if anybody happened to find it.

Thanks everyone who came out! Hopefully your experience was good. All in all I feel that the tournament went well. Everything was on time, lots prizes, money, food, player's party, solid payouts, unique trophies and conditions were pretty good. We gave away 3 GRIP bags, 2 DD bags and a basket. We had $1000 added to the AM side and $2000 added to the pro side. We were covered by the PDGA, which was pretty cool, and KGAN http://www.cbs2iowa.com/sports/features ... 1234.shtml. I feel we did well in most aspects but could still make a few improvements. 1st time running an A Tier is no joke. Thanks to everyone who helped, donated products, money and their time.

I hate these rating talks but can someone explain to me why the AMS side ratings are higher than the pros side here? I would think they would be the same. -12 finish for the AMs side averaged 985 and -12 for pro side averaged 975. Yesterday the 52 at Jones for AMs was 1011 and Pro was 992. 2nd day ratings were worse at Jones and the course played a stroke harder. We played the same courses and same conditions both days. I could also argue the first day and 2nd the pros got rained on most of the round and AMS were dry.

it evens out for when the ams rating are lower than pros at every other tournament.

Maybe because we played with MA2? I don't know....but my 51 at jones Sunday was 1006, joe french's was 1022... That's a big gap for very similar conditions.

Every other? I guess in 9 years of playing and almost 350 tournaments I don't know if I've seen this other than Legion of Doom. I would think they would be the same for this tournament.

I think the morning round should have played harder at Jones for Open on Sunday. The wind was not blowing nearly as hard in the afternoon round.
