I don't know who moved the baskets, but don't do it again without consulting me first.

This came off much harsher then my intentions, please except my appologies if this upset you.

Very nice to see some change as I played ewing the last couple of days.

My singular complaint is the re-positioning of number one basket to the far back and right. While that is fine with me, I have noticed players more novice / wild throwing than I going OB onto Indianola Road or the shoulder on the road. Seems hazardous.

Again, I know that the road would not come into play for those on a forum.. but it certainly does for the huckers and chuckers.

side note: litter situation looking good on area courses.. I sometimes can not even fill one small trash bag during a round

Why so much opposition? I think its nice to see baskets move once and awhile. Gv has been boring lately with the same positions since last year.
I somewhat agree. If you have a key to the baskets, imo, you were given permission to move them. Move them to stupid positions, then we have a problem. Btw Hole 4 is in the middle, when I read the long, I was gonna freak out cuz that's one of the worst positions ever! The middle is fine. Hole 14 long is stupid

That is by far the best position though. It was even better with the OB driveway.

Are you saying their first throw goes out in the street? Or the upshot? That street is certainly busy, but you'd hate to have to limit your options too much, and really, the basket is sufficent distance from the street.

Edit: Wait, I didn't think about the street widening. Is the basket a lot closer to the street now? If so, maybe that would warrant re-positioning the long placement I guess. You'd hate to make it unreachable from the tee altogether though. It's a good feeling when you two the long one.

I've noticed this too. Good on the DM discgolf community for picking up after the louts. I know, it's "why should I have to be responsible for other people's bad behavior?" But in the grand scheme, we're paying for their actions either way; picking up the garbage, or having to look at it and wade through it.

The street hasn't been touched yet. Its the same distance from the basket that it always has been. I've seen shots end up in the road for every basket placement. Bad shots end up in the street, throw better....
