Its not just Pappy Van Winkle. Its Pappy Van Winkle 23. The crown jewel of the Van Winkle line. The beer we used was aged in the same barrels, so we wanted to see what it was like to intensify the pappy flavor. Since we were going to do it anyway I thought it would make a funny/enraging video.
