I lost 30 lbs from Oct - Dec and I've kept it off. I don't recommend the diet plan I fell into

PR's today.

375 Dead lift
185 Thruster
195 Power Clean

Did a 6:00 minute mile yesterday but felt the measured distance was off. Usually hit around 5:20 mark.

DIY Pull-up bar, TRX system, and 3 sided plyo box.
Roughly $100 (including 48 sq ft floor mat) via Menards and Harbor Freight

The box flipped to 30 inches was a little intimidating the first couple attempts.
A suspension system (like TRX, etc.) is probably the single greatest piece of home equipment anyone could ever own or use.

I've been trying to get a trx. Found some on Craigslist but they go fast. Definitely think it would be great for golf.

They charge like $80 to $125 for new TRX style systems. I made my DIY ones for about $15.

The pic of that plyo box brings back memories. I did so much of that back in 1984ish. Increased my vertical like crazy. We had 3 or 4 of them, which was nice to put them in a line and come down off of one and be able to go forward right back up to the next. Fun times.
