If this forum is any indication, the Iowa tour is a bit of a joke. Very limited follow up for participants and no real reason to enter.

and it's because............guess why?.........there's too many damn tournaments. IF.........the Iowa tour events were the only events in the state - how do you think the attendance/participation would be? :?:

Ok says the top 2 guys on tour. Thanks for saying you got paid out, crazy. I am saying the Iowa tour has shown me 0 marketing and 0 reason to spend 20 on a tag the last 2 years. I understand there were lots of people in the tournies 2 years ago when there were fewer tournies. In the meantime, the product is the same as 2 years ago but the market has changed. What is the Iowa tour doing to keep up?

Valid questions tho...the top 2 guys that played the most and took home the most loot were the only ones to respond. Obv its appreciated that Shane/etc. that its put on, there is no doubt about that, but...whatevs. MOAR TOURNAMENTS!!!!

Yea graceland. I'm taking duden down

I don't play enough of the tournys to make it worth while but I continue to buy a tag to support a cause. It's not always about what YOU get out of it. The same way that I donate to many organizations throughout the whole year. And the same way I donate to pro purses every now an then.
