Just saw Chuck's post. Exactly what the office told me. Still seems silly. Advertise one thing yet have the ability to change it based on lack of numbers.

I could only imagine the response if I offered a free basket to 1st place ADV who attended my tournament. Then I chose to back out because I wasn't satisfied with the turn out. Thanks for coming.

I think the shots are a little more open and longer at Hummel. But it definitely can't touch all the work the has been done at Wildcat.

Wow, what a janky rule. Leave it to the pdga to allow for false advertising...

The PDGA isn't to blame. It's up to the players to know the rules. Now with that being said when the TD states that he's adding 500 and doesn't then it is false advertisement.

On another note I'm guessing it's not near as big of a deal how many pros show up to how many ams show up.

Just because you state that it's a b tier isn't bating if you know the rules. It's when you say 500 added.

This. I wouldn't say much and understand added cash is a bonus and hard to get. It was advertised on the flyer and here

$500 minimum added cash (per pro minimum added $)

that must be the fine print. To play devils advocate if 1 pro shows up should he/she get the $500?

I would say no. You obviously need 3 for a division. If you get 1 pro and not other cash paying divisions and have added cash...something must be wrong with what you or the club is doing.

cgkdisc wrote:The TD could have just added $25 per pro for $200 added under current guidelines. So, yes, you could contact the PDGA about the TD coming up $40 short. In 2013, they are going back to the full $500 must be added even if only one pro shows at your B-tier.

Sweet beans. If there is only 1 do you get $500 and not have to play?
