We did 18 and 7's short tee signs. I think 3 (which is laying on the ground) and one more maybe is all thats left for tee signs.....Course was pretty well mulched except for finishing hole 2 I think by the big group Wed. Fallen trees on 7 and 2 were cut up and hauled to the road. There is a log on 7, that we cut and left there. It was a nest for ants (and a couple bluebirds  ) and we didnt wanna mess with it at the time til the birds had a chance to get away. Ants were pissed! You guys may wanna trim the stump up....? we left it at that height due to the ants trying to get us and so the mower would see it and not mess up their rig...

I have 10's sign also, had to get a new post it was shot. Hopefully the birds found a meal with the ants we'll get it done. I'm going to have some tools and wood to fix a couple of "bridges" out there too.

Pretty sure almost all have been replaced at least once. Barbed wire wrapped around the signs from now on? anyone?

My chainsaw is shot, don't have a weedeater. I played front 9 last night with Duden. The grass out there is gonna be an issue, unless they mow twice before the end of the month. Good luck on that happening. Looks like the adopt a trash can has already started, since one can was overflowing with trash, and the course had litter everywhere. Mulch job was the only thing that looked good out there to be honest. I know Dave and the crew do a helluva job. Its very disappointing to see the parks department pretty much being eliminated in des moines. I did notice they removed hells bushes across from 6, hopefully that back pin is still there.

I can bring shovels, rakes, pitchforks, trash bags.

City didn't mow 17, I called them and they said they couldn't get to it until Tuesday. Shane shows up with his own mower and gets started mowing. Of course the city calls back and says they will squeeze it in on Friday. Shane got a couple spots done and the city is suppose to finish tomorrow along with picking up some limbs we have set aside. If anyone can do a drive thru around 3pm Friday and check that would be awsome.
