So, I was watching "Deep in the Game," a sort of tutorial for different throws by Avery and Jussi, and Avery was stating to rotate off of the heel instead of the ball of the foot.
His reasoning was if you go off of the ball of your foot, that it is a loss of power and less accurate. Since I have not experimented with rotating on my heel, has anyone else experienced this? I would imagine that rotating on your heel does allow for a faster rotation of the hips.
