If so, and if you need another basket let me know and I can get mine to someone. Would come out but I have to work that day. Peace.

I'll be out there around 2-2:30ish. Just doing a walk about to get ideas on the layout with the additional land we recently received. All we need is flags.

Good spot for a 1000 footer would be the new area with the pines/meadow. Lots of medium sized obstacles with a good sized fairway, and you would be driving long but also for placement.

Welp, nows the time to get on this before we start the real action. Any thoughts on just running flags on the most likely front 9?

Dev I know they are working on hole sponsorships. The casino money fell through but I know Lee and Tim are working hard on it. They will have to chime in for the rest of the info. Just the last I heard.

the nine hole tester out @ Cedar City

Postby Hink » Fri Jan 04, 2013 2:27 am

Mr. Bennet, JAdams, and myself (Hink) went out with a basket and played the front flagged nine holes, in early December moving the basket through the first three holes. The four which followed got interesting! Imagine the greenage in summertime conds. Gents we have atleast four to five diff terrains out there and a true gold mine on our hands if we can get it done with some finess and professional guidance. We have time on our side. And Master Lee has a game plan for a large over-all course in entirety. A large bonus for CVD is that this course is more a technical course and doesn't require a 400+ drive for birdie opportunities.. plenty of parking and easy access to the park.
