Fellow Administrator MDR on the tee showing off his perfect form.
Is this the line for the beer, or the line for the coupons for the beer?

I finally purchased some decent plastic from Chase, and along with the expert advice I got from both Mike and Chase, I was able to add about 50 feet to my drives almost immediatly. Thanks alot guys!

Here's the latest How To from Discraft.

Mark Ellis gets together "7 of the top arms" on the Discraft Team.

They're taking ESP Surges, Z Avengers, and ESP Preds & throwing 450-500' shots. One thing I notice is a couple of the guys definitely have a Steve Brinster-like glide/hop/rip. Then there's Cale throwing like a jackrabbit... LOL It seemd like he throws fast, not as far - at least in this vid though. I like RObert McIntee's form in there. He puts an ESP Surge about 550, too.

One thing I notice is footwork. Most of these guys are planting their foot @ the front left corner of the pad, and angling to the left of the center of the fareway. Then it doesn't seem like they're throwing much anhyzer, but

A) getting plenty of snap, and

B) the rip must be comign across closer to their bodies, generating more centrifical force?

SO, for you people who throw that far *cough* Mike, Chris, you name the rest... Can you break down what in some of their throws brings that power/snap/distance? I'm not looking to become Markus or anything, but just ever-curious & wanting to learn/further my game - as well as be able to better coach others.

(I grew up a 200 average bowler, so I'm a bit of a technique buff_)

"You are one ugly mutha chucka" (Ahnuld quote)

JK Mike, thought it was cool that when searching for discraft distance, your vid pops up second. #5 when searching for Disc Golf Distance
