Player Consideration for 2011 Team Tourney

Postby Buzzzed85 » Tue Nov 30, 2010 9:57 pm

If you would like to be considered for the tournament put your name up here. You have to put your name up here in order to vote for the captain. If you have friends that are not on IowaDG you can put their names up here too. Make sure if you have your name up here you can make it to the tournament.

I'll start........
Zach Moses

See, it's easy.

That's messed up. I don't understand why it matters where you live. I get that it is done to keep players from creating a supergroup, but c'mon if Butch wants to play for Ames he should be considered.

You stated why people shouldn't be allowed to jump. If you bend rules for no particular reason other than a buddy coming up to give it a shot, you take a little from the integrity of the event and team, imo. Ames has good players that should be recognized. Adding Butch would be great but I think you have to give Ames guys a chance first. If we didn't have enough to field a team in our area it'd be a whole different story (reference North Iowa team). I don't particularly love it, but i get it.

I just waned to say that he should be considered. Not bashing the Ames players or saying Ames could not have a solid team made up of all residents.
