Anybody throw these yet? Feels a lot like a boss, but I do like their "chamion-like" plastic on these. it's more rubbery than champ, and seems to grip real well.

I have thrown the GoldLine Halo. It is in the Destroyer/Force/Nuke range in regard to speed, glide and stability. The one thing that does make it standout is the slant of the inside rim. The GoldLine plastic is very cool looking as well.

Ok, I've checked, observed, bought, thrown, and jaw-dropped now...

W00tz for the Halo!

Last Night, threw my cryztal clear Halo, Destroyers, and a Z Nuke for distance trial.(**edited - THOUGHT I) Hit 500 w/ the Halo & Z Nuke, damn close w/ my Star Destroyers as well though. (about 30' shorter)

But HOLY SCHNIKEEZ the Halo has an awesome grip, feel, and is fast out of the hand. I highly recommend it.

I threw the clear plastic (like champion), and it seemed to have plenty of grip, compared to champion plastic - but I can't wait to get this in (what seems to be) their version of star plastic. It's a slightly pearlized/metallic-looking plastic w/ better grip.

I know what you mean, I throw a solid 420-440ft, but mainly around 380ft with consistency. Why am I playing in the pro division if everybody and thier mom can throw over 500'?

In other words.....YOUR NOT THROWING 500FT SHOTS. THAT IS ( Probably For You ) A JUMP PUTT AWAY FROM 2 FOOTBALL FIELDS.

I was debating putting that up - but I need to measure it out. Not walk ti off, actually get a wheel from the city & check it.

and, I will truthfully put the rolled distance up when I'm done. I'm not one to back down when I'm wrong. :-P Maybe it's really just 320 & i have glaucoma?

It's flat land, so no worries about stories of 400' while throwing over a 'rolled distance valley' like GV #8

no - remember when i first started getting more serious about DG & THOUGHT i threw 400 because that hole "measures" (with a rolling wheel) 406 or something stupid? I think you're forgetting about that event.

I guess on satellite, and paper, but am guessing it's 480. Gonna bust my balls if that's all it was, then? If I can reach that - I can hit 5 & it's not that far off.

I believe I've heard of others in DM of similar skill level, & (lack of) athletic ability being able to hit 5, guess I assumed it wasn't out of my league.

Anyway, will post an update later. Glad i could give you guys a laugh.
