I got to test throw the latest Gateway driver at the DSM Open. I think they might have found the driver that will take them to the next level.

The rim feels like a a mix between a Quarter K and a Wraith.
It's flies the wraith, but slightly understable. So big arms and smaller arms can produce good results from this disc. It gets the MDR stamp of approval.

I don't think so, it didn't feel or fly like a scream at all. I threw the double beaded scream, Roller City.

Inferno

Hey Mike,
Thanks for trying out the new discs and the great review!
I heard that everyone who threw them had very good results.
In fact a few got snagged, so someone must have really liked them.

Neal Swanson from Round Lake threw one 597 on Friday!!
( a very brisk 20mph wind helped)

Not sure which Scream 2's ( double beaded) you threw but the ones with a little dome on them didnt seem that flippy to me, but your a lot younger and might have a few MPH on me.

I have been getting some really good golf shots out of the Scream DT ( the new Blue ones) they are the easist disc to throw 400 I have ever thrown!

Hopefully we can get up into production on the inferno this week, the phone has been ringing off the hook today for them!

We are having an art contest for anyone inetersted, go to the pdga discussion board under equipment.
We will give away $500.00 of merch to the winner.

Thanks to everyone for trying out the discs!!

Proabaly going to be a few more weeks for the E wizards.
We got about 7000 "s done in all flexibilities and have about 4000 more to run before we get to the E.

I'll make sure to get some to Chase as soona s we get them ran and stamped.

We usally only run one version of E, it is not as easy to manipulate the flexiblity without causing a lot of production problems.

We usually shoot for a bout a medium and get a few softer and a few more firm.

One day I see having 3 versions of E but not anytime soon.

Thanks for bringing these to the Open last weekend! I got a chance to throw the double beaded scream (which was nice) and the inferno (which was sick!). I'll keep checking back here looking for notice that the inferno is for sale. I throw %99 innova so I'm curious as to whether the plastic that Pat let me throw is like a normal or premium plastic? (would it be comparable to DX Champion or Star?) Anyway, this may be the disc that convinces me to put something other than innova in my bag. Now if I can just find my pile of wizards...

We were out of the running at league with tonight being are last round, so I took MDR's Inferno for a test run. I threw it on everyhole that required a driver. The Good shot to bad shot ratio was like 6good - 2bad. I fired it down a tight tunnel with some aprehension and it went smooth and flat about 350(huge drive by my standards) with a slight hyzer at the end. I threw it on a slight downhill hole, I'm thinking was 370, with anny and it held forever! finally coming out at the end a good 40 feet past the basket. Defenitly feels like it could be a winner. The rounded rim feels a little odd, but comes out of the hand pretty nice.
Is this the line for the beer, or the line for the coupons for the beer?
