High Water Updates

Postby Crager » Tue Mar 16, 2010 11:28 am

Water was over the road in front of the ranger's house as of 5 this morning.
The river should be cresting right now, so by 4 this afternoon I would think the water should be going down barring any rain.

We were thinking about driving down from wloo to play sunday. Never played there before, but have heard great things. Think it will be playable?

Water is still over the road, I would say by Sunday should be good to go.
Will keep updating.

The water is down, road is open to the rangers driveway, park along the road .
Still have to walk up to hole 18 until the road firms up

Wildcat is playing great, only a few spots on the front that are a little soft but overall in great condition. We will see what this weekend brings weather wise.
The Wildcat crew will be there at 9 am both Sat. and Sun.

With the heavy rain last night, the river is up and water is now over the road at the entrance of the park by the boat dock/flagpole.

Storms keep coming. Seems like Blackhawk county has been hit hard several times. Could be awhile till the Cedar goes down and going to be a fun bug season all over the place.

Crager states the water has receded and the road is now open.
