So it has been decided that the party will happen November 11 at Tim Millers. We plan on getting a keg of GOOD beer, and whatevers left will go into a food allowance or something so it can be a pot luck style lunch between rounds.

If everyone is cool with that, we will also do trophy and pay out presentations between rounds. If wanted we could do a 5$ doubles or a singles/ doubles combo format. Either way, Im sure it will be a blast.

Looks like Balk is hooking us up with a keg of Rogue Hazelnut Brown Ale. Do you guys just want me to spend the rest the money ( around 100.00$ ) on food for everyone or do an allowance or pot luck? Whatever is fine, I can easily go and get stuff to bring for this weekend or whatever youd like.

Let me know!

10 AM Start.

Im getting directions to post for anyone that doesnt know how to get there. We could also caravan, if people want to meet at my house around 9:30.

Heres the deal with food: I got a keg of Rogue ( read: pricey ) and 2 days of ice, thats about 170.00$. There is still 70$ out there for snacks and such. I was thinking of going to Sams or TPC and buying up a pan of Italian Beef or something, enough to serve the group, and spending whatever else on napkins, plates, ect.

The rest can be Pot Luck, less than 10$.

Cool????

Things to bring: We pass through the Millers garage about a half dozen times a round. (Expect a mando beer chug on hole 1 and 10 for those that are drinking. ) I suggest bringing chairs, blankets, water, soda, and whatever else youll need to stay comfortable. Its not supposed to rain, but is supposed to be cold.

I also suggest bringing along a growler or a milk jug, for extra beer.

Lets get together and make sure that doesnt happen. We can kill this keg.
