Is this the line for the beer, or the line for the coupons for the beer?

I'm not sure what happened between frame 6 and 7, but that's clearly where it all went wrong.

You are right Clue. Jay, see how your disc is low, and your shoulder is dipped and your body is hunched over? Then the next frame you are standing up chest forward...you can get to that position quicker if you don't have to come all the way back up.

yup, thanks for the observations. I've been trying to work on that since I first saw these pics almost a year ago. Let me know if you're still seeing me do that TD.

The next time I see you Jay I will have to do a new set, then put them up frame against frame and compare.

Look at the pics of me, my elbow is up high and I stay up there....you'll have to force it for awhile. I remember when I instituted the elbow up, it took awhile but paid off.

Jay, I did a small clinic last night at Pickard for Rusty's league. A big thing I got them working on was the elbow up....A couple guys really noticed the difference. Remind me to explain the theory behind it.

I have been told that I "dip" my shoulder too and get kinda hunched. I'm comfortable driving like that ,but my throws have little margin for error. So i have tried to stay upright and keep my elbow at nipple level (my nipples) however I find myself putting too much anny on the shot and rolling my front shoulder as I fall off the front of the teepad. Robinson always says "elbow up-wrist cocked" but something is going wrong--help please?!
opulence, I has it.
