No, you were too early. It takes me about 30 minutes to do my spell check.
I love our little thread drifts. I haven't been there for several years, but my guess is no, they have not any done any upkeep for quite awhile. Baskets get taken out by trees and dont get fixed, the course floods 4 times a year. And while it floods it kills the grass, drops about 100 carp on the course which stay there til flies pick their bones clean. And once the flood waters go down, they let the grass grow about 2 feet before they mow. Tee pads get lost under a few feet of sand as well as the road to hole one gettting rutted out and is impassible by anything other then a truck. They wanted to move the course, but Im not sure how that turned out. This is why most people dont go there any more, and since people dont go, they dont see the point in upkeeping the course....Buzzznation wrote:Did this answer your question neocenturion?
Yeah I know, what exactly does that entitle? The biggest concerns with the course are flooding and mowing. Neither of which are we able to take care of...Unless they want to donate a large mower, trailer, and vehicle to the club...shane wrote:They decided against moving it but they would really like it if we came down and took care of it for them.
