Lost Discs

Postby Tynoob » Sun May 18, 2008 11:15 pm

Talked to Trent, He said it was a Warlock he found, and already returned it. Sorry! I'm out at eastern almost everyday because I live close by. So I'll keep an eye out..

I found a pro Leopard on hole 12, had a Name and Number, Covey I believe is the name. Gave him a call but no answer.. Anyone know him? I'll leave it at the Iron lion next time I'm out there, might be awhile though. Pm if it's yours or a friends. Need a weight/color to verify.

There is a champion green wraith on there that looks awfully familiar.

But then again I am probably not the only one thats ever owned one of those.

That's my effing Roadrunner, 9th item down. It has the yellow line around the inside of the edge.

Oh well. I didn't want to wade after it. Still pisses me off to see it on here though. The bitch lists my name and number inside the rim as "minor ink."

that's a major bummer man. Not to mention they're bidding at 6 bucks for 2 star plastics right now, that hurts. What if you buy it and check out the return addy?

Maybe sending a message citing this Iowa Statue

556F.6. Lost goods or money

If any person shall find any lost goods, money, bank notes, or other things of any description whatever, of the value of five dollars and over, such person shall inform the owner thereof, if known, and make restitution thereof.

Being in the job position he is he should know it. So basicly he is break a law however small.

theft

If I were you guys..I would definitely get something together..We had something like that here in Burlington once. Some little kids were hiding in the woods on one of our holes and waiting for people to throw. Then they would steal the disc and run. We got the local paper involved and it got taken care of pretty fast. I would contact a media outlet like channel 8 on your side. I'm sure they would help you guys out! Keep us updated.

Guys, how about contacting E-bay's report a problem. I'd start there. I'm pretty sure it's not legal to sell merchandise that isn't yours on there. And that little IA statute you found makes your case against the found/possession is 9/10th of the law crap.

try this

If that doesn't work, what ever happened to a good old ass whoopin? Catch him in the act. Nothing like a good old confrontation to put the fear of god into a mofo.

If you guys can get 23 mofo's out to Camden to work, I guarantee you can put your heads together to catch this motherfucker......It's a good thing I don't still live there, if those were my discs on there, I'd be sitting in jail, and his "distribution warehouse" would be a pile of ashes.
