Just wanted to send a shoutout to Jeff Harper and Kevin Stibal who did a disc golf presentation in Waterloo recently for a parks convention....

Justin-
Hello again. I just wanted to touch base with you and thank you for suggesting Kevin and Jeff to our conference planning committee. They did a wonderful job and were able to get a lot of people thinking about a new way to use some of their areas and ways to draw more "customers" in as well. Kevin and Jeff put on a great presentation that was well recieved, both from the comments that I heard and in the evaluations that I snooped through. Once again, thank you for your help.

We got this thing down. Love working with Kevin to present our great sport to whomever wants to hear about it. PowerPoint is king and had fun tweaking it from our IPRA presentation of 4+ years ago. Good questions from the attendees too. Thanks for passing this along to us Clue!

Polk County Parks and Oskaloosa Parks were very interested.

I would say about 1/2 of the attendees already had a least one course in their parks system. Good to see. Hopefully more championship level courses from the people who already have one; more beginner course for the counties w/o any.

I would love to see a course installed at Lake Keomah State Park just outside of Oskaloosa. That place has a ton of potential!!!
