Best Christmas Movies..

Postby Chase20460 » Mon Dec 24, 2012 12:41 pm

So what do you think? A few of my favorites:

A Christmas Story
Die Hard
Bad Santa
Elf
Christmas Vacation

...And yes, if the plot revolves around Christmas, is on Christmas, or people dress like Christmas charectors at Christmas Time, its a Christmas Movie.

Love Bad Santa, a little worn out on Christmas Story, but I'll add The Family Man as a top 5 Christmas movie.

I can't believe no one has mentioned The Nightmare Before Christmas.

Yes, Nightmare Before Christmas is great.

A sleeper worth checking out is "The Ref". Watched it for a class once, very funny. Denis Leary at his best.

This may affect my reputation as a no nonsense hard ass, but "I Remember Mama" is my favorite movie to watch during the holidays. Not christmas per se, but heartwarming.

Trading Places

How the Grinch Stole Christmas

for those of you that don't know, the guy that sings the song...."you're a mean one, Mr. Grinch"...etc...is the same guy that does the voice for Tony the Tiger.
