Aaron it could be any number of things. Its likely a software issue, OS or otherwise. But it's an old computer so it could just as easily be hardware related. I'd fix it for free if I lived there, I have so much of that older harware I could replace any parts or software. It probably isn't worth it though. Don't buy that computer from walmart either.
If you have $200 you can get a good (enough) computer. Until then, I'd save up and take Tyler up on his offer.
