Watched some badminton on saturday, made me wonder how disc golf, and ball golf are not olympic events. Is golf in general the redheaded step child of outdoor sports?

The Badminton World Federation has 169 member countries. That's a lot of Badmintoneers!

I play against a chick that did that successfully against us last winter. She's not anywhere near this class of play, but I gather she has played some soccer in her time.

I have to say I didn't know you could use feet in Vball. Great stuff.

Not positive, but dont think feet can be used. A shin however, is all good.

Yeah, they've changed several things over the years to give the defense a chance. Feet are fully legal now. So are double-hits on first hits on driven balls. And there's less air in the ball. And there's a defensive specialist called a "Libero" that only plays across the back row and can sub right back into the back row after going across (doesn't do a full rotation through the front). Etc.

It used to be that feet/legs/whatever were only legal if unintentional, but now it's all good.
