B-Bops was damn good, but doesn't make my all-time list.

Having lived in Nebr for 20ish years and Iowa for 14ish years, and now living in Charlotte, here are the foods I miss the most:
Runza
Taco John's
Tasty Taco
Stella's neutron sauce

Hmmmmm, what else?

Court Ave brewpub had great Spent Grain Pretzels (essentially big fat breadsticks). They also had some Pork Adobo(?) dish for a while. Damn.

I'd trade them all to have a Waffle House in CR.

Introduced my kids to the Waffle House this year, they are now big fans. It was also the only meal the 5 of us kept under $30!

My first experience with WH was in West Memphis. We were the only white faces in the place.

First closed in 2007, re-opened in 2009, and closed again in November 2010 (most likely for good).

Yes, I read they had an auction last month so the vintage TVs, lamps and other stella stuff is all gone now.
