Keep up the hard work guys. Sooner or later, with all that stretching, you'll all be able to sit in a circle and blow yourselves :P

If by sit in the corner and blow yourselves you mean, win disc golf tournaments, then you would be correct. :D

If I could do that, why would I bother to play disc golf?

Just checked in to see my new rating (up a point, woohoo!) and looked at my history. Basically spent 2005-2008 at 995ish. I started working out in the winter of 2009 and ended the year at 1014.

I'm trying to figure out what it's going to take to get up to 1020.

I feel like the answer is to condition my mind to last as long as my body can. Being able to play 72 holes in a weekend is easy. Being able to focus precisely 200+ times is much more difficult. Rarely do I focus on something that many times in a week, without disc golf.

Exactly mental conditioning, today's workout included air squat 20x and up/down burpee 5x for every minute for 10 minutes. The whole time I was doing it I thought I would never make it but I managed to make it through. I was thinking I couldn't but my body could.

I knew you would be there for me on that one.

(And I don't think I know it HALF as well as you or my bro-in-law.)

Ever check out Smodcast? Similar humor on there, from Kevin Smith and buds. Also the spinoffs, "Tell em' Steve Dave" etc. I have only heard a few, but my wife loves this stuff. The Smodimations are a good introduction, cheaply animated pieces of their shows. The Crapture is pretty funny. Sponsored by Fleshlight. 8)

they work really well. We did airsquats in wrestling all the time. Burpees are all around awesome.

Add a medicine ball in the routine, too!

A great ab exercise to throw in there would be lying on your back, raising your legs as high as you can and actually lift your back off the ground repeatedly. Best workout I have done for abs.

tabatta wasnt bad...but it took 20 minutes to get warm and loose from walking lunges.

the 21-15-9 was real tough. closest ive been to throwing up.

last night 100 air squats...can believe how much better i am at them then just a week ago. did them in 4.5 minutes.

2 weeks in and ive lost an inch on each love handle. unreal how little time this actually takes for the reults im seeing. metabolic conditioning is good.

I found a nice site called WOD Shop that is a WOD generator. You can generate WOD's based on individual techniques (Lifting, MetCon, Gymnastics, etc), number of workout elements, or you can select the Hopper for the most random WOD's.

This is a really good resource, especially for you Tanner seeing how you are ramping in. It looks like you are mostly doing singles and couples, as Rx'd by your Bro-inlaw. With this site you can progress to triplets and hybrids on your own.
