A medball wouldnt hurt either and measuring wheel or really big tape.

Then take all the mentioned items outside and try these:

4 Rounds:

20 Kettlebell swings
20 Med Ball Slams
15 Push ups
Run 400m

or

7 Rounds
30 KB Swings
20 Wallballs
100 Single Under jump rope

Oh and 911 on stand by could be helpful

I'm impressed how many people have been working out this winter.

So far I'm having trouble sticking with any routine now that i can play disc. Weekends of tournaments and evenings of practice...tough to stay lean. When I do get my 1 or 2 workouts in they almost kill me, but I'm seeing some favorable results on the course. Most noticeably my putter upshots aren't coming up short, all are on the mark or a little long.

oh, and I did outdrive Nolan Grider and Coda Hatfield on the 900+ ft hole at GBO. :D

that looks brutal. I changed it to fit my style though. I'm focusing a lot more on ab and legwork currently. It hurts just as much.

Yeah they won't be the simplest things ever. The ball slams will beat up your abs a bit just be sure the raise the ball all the way over your head.

If you have a barbell, floor wipers are abs destroyers.

I've never looked at this thread before. Y'all are awesome.

Serious congrats to those dropping pounds with nothing more than common sense: Eat less (and/or better) and exercise. No gimmicks required!

ha ha

I'm okay weight-wise (6'4", 172-ish). I tend to eat small portions of pretty crappy food, which works but isn't great. I run for exercise to keep my BP and chol down. Could definitely eat better and drink less -- maybe I'll keep reading here to help inspire me to do so.

I had a room mate in college that had a pretty interesting diet. To sum up his routine he excersized and studied during the week and partied during the weekend.

Mon - Fri.
Breakfast - Cereal
Lunch and Dinner - Chicken Breast grilled on the Forman and rice.
Snack through out the day - Cereal (no Milk)

Sat - Sun
No Breakfast

Lunch and Dinner - Taco Bell
NO!......Welp!?

Day 120...56 lbs down. Now able to run 3.5 miles in 27 minutes. Not blazing fast by any means, but better off than I was 4 months ago.

Wow, that is awesome! I quit losing weight once I got to 200. I plan to drop 20-25 more starting late this fall through winter. No rush though as I'm in better shape now than I have been in years.

Congrats on the progress!

it only works if it becomes a lifestyle otherwise what you lose will come back !!
