Anybody else going to Ted Leo, or is everybody mad at me for my views on abortion?

It is a big event when Gunnink is tempted out of seclusion on a Wed., I can tell you.

I showed my girlfriend the 2003 documentary on Ted Leo, and she didn't dig it all that much...but she'll still want go I imagine.

I'll have a buddy or two there too.

I think I saw these guys in San Diego a few years ago. They were pretty straight forward rock n roll...pretty good.

Does this start at 8? If I get down by 7, do you think it is ok?

Or does it start at 5?

Just a word on Ted Leo, awesome! If you get a chance to see him, do so. He was not the headliner, so he only played for about 50 minutes. Even at that, it was one of the best concerts I have seen, and I have seen a lot of good ones. Great guitar players, tight band, interesting songs. If you have heard his CDs, he is really varied, hard to categorize which is what I like about him. Last night he really punk rocked out.

For future reference on Peoples Court. If the doors open at 5, the music starts at 6. This was an all ages show, so the drinking was on the bar side only. First time I had been there. Great venue.
