Jim Breuer was in town Monday night. Good show and worth the $25 ticket.

I saw Jim Breuer in KC in the spring of 2009 and wasn't too impressed. His new material wasn't that good and the stuff that was good we've all heard a million times. The only thing that made it worth it for us was hanging out back stage with him and the opening comedian (who happened to be flipping hysterical and should have headlined) ........ long story short ..... hung out at Flying Saucer in the PL District over lunch, happened to be sitting next to one of Jim's friends / writers, went to show with him and his wife, hung out backstage with comedians.

Went home with writer and wife to an all night bi-sex romp, followed by 2 months of STD treatment.

Those theater people are nuts.

That sucks. He is way underrated, and was really about the only person I looked forward to during the Roasts.

Heard his family pulled the plug after 4 days in a coma from "accidently" overdosing on a prescription drug...but yeah him and that Nick Depaolo were/are my favorite on the roasts

John Stewart did a tribute to him the other night. Seemed pretty broken up about it.
