Hard to get out of the car though. Ask the secessionists. :)

I'm not sure being anti-car is going to get any traction.

Not voting is a bit like getting in a cab and letting the cabbie decide where you are going! and if your end destination sucks it is your own fault for not giving your input!

Welcome to America where the average citizen is prosecuted to the full extent of the law but if you happen to work for the government on about any level you get a free pass to do whatever you want. No accountability across the board, cops are out of control, DEA is back peddling trying to save their cash cow with states in favor of legalization. The government doesn't listen to the people anymore they just protect the people that helped them get elected. The whole thing just stinks with hypocrisy, we have freedom to do this but not that and so on and so forth. This thread will be a million pages long and nothing will have changed besides the fact you might have switched to a newer keyboard.

Jeez, the right wing paranoia machine seems to be working. Things are no worse than any time in the past. And in my opinion, much better than they were ten years ago for instance.

Easy for you to say, you're not some young guy trying to get started in a world full of piss tests, roadside "safety" checks, zero tolerance and cameras every f'n where. Most libs posting here are older guys, coasting out, not caring that they lived the high life running up TRILLIONS in debt. The debt that some 19 year old slob is going to have to work 'til he drops to try and pay back. Things are great for me personally, but I feel for the dozens of young guys I play with. And you want to spend even more. Sick, just Sick!

Kinda like saying. "I'm healthy, I guess there is no cancer".

Did the debt exist before? YES did the administration YOU voted for run it way up in 2 losing wars? YES..... Main reason these kids don't have good jobs? Lack of education....why? Leave ALL KIds Behind program your guy put in place for 8 years! Then your guys (the GOP) continue to gut student aid programs in order to spend more on defense spending, go to college? On what? Hope and a prayer?
The kids we shoot with do have a rough row to hoe....but if YOUR guy would have been voted in, instead of struggling to make a living they would be struggling to alive!
Fighting and dying so Haliburton could make bigger profits!

Teddy Kennedy wrote NCLB.
A college education? What good is that w/ no job to go to.

You seem to forget Nobama's been Prez for almost 6 years. What happened to "The world will love the USA when I become Prez?" The world was going to become a peaceful place. The sea levels would begin to recede, and milk and honey would ooze from the ground?
It was all bullshit, and your response is Bush/Halliburton?
That's a little tired.

Yep, too bad the Obama jobs plan didn't get past the do nothings in congress. Recovery would be more robust and more jobs available. I'm sure it is because he didn't schmooze enough.
