I don't throw it..but I have thrown it a bit. It's kind of like a driver-ish comet.

it would be cheaper to go out and find a piece of dog poop. Then throw it. You will get the same effect with out wasting any money

Bought one, seemed like a driver-ish comet, not a shot I need in the bag. I need understable, overstable, and straight. This disc seemed to be an under-straight tweener long-mid. I didn't even like the feel of it in my hand. So why'd I buy it? Seems I fell victim to The Man.

first throw, threw it from 150 ft out, hit the basket and put the biggest freakin dent on the side. put it away after that.

The name Kite, doesn't really inspire confidence. I mean, it's related because it flys in the air and all, but kites don't react that well without the string.

Opens up a whole range of names though. Leaf, windmill, pinwheel, cloud, smoke (hmmm, smoke is kind of cool), balloon, yadda, yadda, yadda.

There's the kite bird I suppose, that is pretty cool, if lightweight, but that is not what first comes to mind for me.

The disc is named after Tom Kite, winner of the '92 U.S. Open at Pebble Beach DGC.
